Weddings - Prices and details
Cassie works by charging clients a set fee depending on the size of your wedding and then you will be charged according to the amount of films taken. Please see chart below to get an approximate idea of costs. Most weddings will range from 3 - 10 films (approx 75 - 300 individual shots) depending on how many guests you have. Cassie will very much be led by you as to how many films you require and these will usually be made up of a mixture of black and white and colour shots. The results will be sent to you in the form of contact sheets, in this way you are free to choose your favorites pictures and will see every image that is taken. She can also provide you with a cd of images if required at an extra cost.
Cassie recommends covering the most important events of your day and generally will spend 2½ - 3 hrs hours taking photos. This includes taking photos of the bride getting ready (if close to the church or registry office), bridesmaids, flowergirls and page boys, the groom, best man and ushers and guests arriving for the wedding service, the service, signing of register, bride and groom, family group photographs, guests, the cutting of the cake and impromptu photographs of guests during the reception. The end result gives you the choice of plenty of shots to be able to capture all the memories that go by so quickly on the actual day. Cassie works in a relaxed and unobtrusive manner and will be led by you and your requirements.

For example: If you were having 75 guests then your primary fee would be £375.00. If Cassie took 6 films the cost would be £519.00 + prints you order.
An approximate budget can be anything from £500 to £2,000 depending on films and prints you order.

If you wish to proceed with Cassie's services, 50% of the primary fee should be paid in advance to secure the booking and she would suggest a meeting at your earliest convenience followed by a 2nd meeting at your venue to tie up shot locations and put everyone at ease with each other a day or two before the wedding. The 2nd half of the fee is due one month before your wedding day.
Travel will be charged at 48 pence per mile.
